We identify and pre-treat areas that are heavily soiled or stained. While we do our best to lift all stains, please note that some pet stains may permanently alter wool dye, and full removal may not always be possible.

Step 3: Rug Washing

Depending on the rug’s material, age, dye stability, and thickness, we use the most suitable cleaning method, which may include:

  • Full immersion and soaking — the most effective deep-cleaning method

  • Dry cleaning

  • Jet spray and extraction

Fringes are always treated separately and delicately to prevent unraveling or damage.

Step 4: Drying

Whenever possible, rugs are dried under natural sunlight. Sun drying enhances color brilliance and adds a touch of nature’s warmth to the fibers.
